"The First Time" tells the heartfelt story of a queer couple expressing their love for each other for the first time. Originally intended as a live-action short, the project transitioned to animation due to the pandemic, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to the representation of queer stories in this medium.I managed all aspects of the visual production, serving as both the designer and project manager. This role involved overseeing the animation process, ensuring the project's visual coherence, and meeting all creative deadlines.
